Each attendee must complete an online registration form below. Click HERE to renew or join NABJ to ensure you receive member discounts. Membership dues are NOT INCLUDED with convention registration fees.

Exhibitors: 
Exhibitors should NOT register through this portal. Registration for exhibitors is managed by the company's booth point of contact through the #NABJ26 Exhibitor Service Center.

Moderators and Panelists:
The #NABJ26 moderators and panelists are eligible for complimentary registration for the DAY of the session. If a moderator or panelist plans to attend the convention beyond the DAY of the session, we offer a $275 discount registration rate. Please note that the moderator must be an NABJ member in good standing throughout the #NABJ26 dates (August 12-16). Pre-registered moderators and panelists who have paid more than the discounted speaker rate will be given a refund. The adjustment will appear as a credit to the balance or credited back to the original payment method. NABJ Registration will process the adjustments by July 7, 2026. By registering or applying for NABJ Convention & Career Fair participation, you agree to abide by all rules and requirements that may be in place now or later, which includes during the convention. You understand that refusal to adhere to rules and requirements may lead to immediate expulsion from NABJ events. You understand that rules are subject to change at NABJ's sole discretion.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Registration confirmations will be emailed to the email used to register.
• To be eligible for the Chapter Discounts, you must be a member in good standing with NABJ and an NABJ Affiliate Chapter. The Chapter must be compliant and in good standing. If you are only a member of the affiliate chapter, you will be classified as a non-member registrant and should register accordingly. Registrations with chapter discounts will be placed on hold for approval pending a review of their membership statuses. All verifications must be completed by April 15, 2026. Verification incomplete by the deadline will be charged the increased standard registration rate.
• For bulk registration imports of 15 or more attendees, please contact vdodson@nabj.org. Payment by credit card is required upon approval. It is important to note that bulk registrations must follow all registration and cancellation policies without exceptions
• Cancellations/refund or transfer requests must be submitted HERE on or before July 1, 2026. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No Exceptions.
• Professional Member/Non-Member/Exhibitor registration cancellations received on or before July 1, 2026, will be eligible for refund, less $125 administration fee ($35.00 for students)
• Only registered attendees with a badge may attend convention events/activities. Registration credentials cannot be shared with others.
• The lost badge fee is $200.
• Some meal events will be ticketed. Tickets are not guaranteed unless selected and paid for on the registration form. When there is a meal event that is free not requiring a ticket such as a specific breakfast, seats are limited and entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Underage drinking is not permitted at NABJ events. In addition, all convention attendees are subject to the rules of the NABJ Code of Conduct
• No personal checks will be accepted for on-site registration.
• The return check fee is $50 in addition to registration fees for checks submitted prior to onsite registration.
• Refunds will be processed approximately four to six weeks after the convention.
• The National Office is working remotely from a virtual office. All inquiries should be emailed to registration@nabj.org
   

NOTIFICATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
As media-centric organizations, all NABJ events are subject to being photographed, video/audio-recorded, screen-captured or live-streamed. Attendees, exhibitors, special guests, presenters, and partners of events may be captured via these formats. Full sessions and activities are subject to live-streaming and all such content is the sole property of NABJ to be used in any way NABJ determines to be appropriate.
 

In order to provide listed services and event access, NABJ may export your basic registration information to a secure convention vendor or partner (this includes name and email address but not financial or private information).
