- All sessions and the career fair will be held at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.
- All three convention hotels are within 2 blocks of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.
- If your preferred hotel is fully booked, please check availability at the other two hotels.
- Attendees are allowed to book a maximum of 3 rooms under their name. If an attendee books more than 3 rooms under their name, those additional reservations are subject to cancellation.
- Notice: When calling the 800-number for reservations, provide the service representative with the name and location (city, state, area) of the hotel you wish to book. Once connected to your chosen hotel, state that you are booking under the NABJ Convention room block rate.

Make your reservation early to ensure you stay at the convention host hotel(s). All room reservations must be made by July 18, 2025. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability and may not be at the negotiated room rate.
Upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check In is at 4:00 p.m. ET and Check Out is at 11:00 a.m. ET. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation notification prior to the arrival date, and the guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties. However, if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the first night's room and tax.
